Our products are made to last — here's how to keep them looking their best.

Mugs & drinkware

• Dishwasher safe — top rack recommended
• Avoid abrasive sponges or harsh cleaning agents
• Not suitable for microwave use with metallic designs
• Hand washing will extend the life of the print

Tea towels

• Machine wash at 40°C
• Do not tumble dry — lay flat or hang to dry
• Do not iron directly on the printed area
• The print softens slightly with washing, which is normal and part of the character

Cushion covers

• Machine wash at 30°C, gentle cycle
• Do not tumble dry
• Iron on reverse side only — do not iron the printed area
• Remove cushion pad before washing

Tote bags

• Machine wash at 30°C, gentle cycle
• Do not tumble dry
• Iron on reverse side only
• Suitable for everyday use — designed to be sturdy

Art prints

• Keep out of direct sunlight to prevent fading
• Do not clean with wet cloth — dust lightly if needed
• Framed prints: wipe the frame gently with a dry cloth
• Printed on archival-quality paper for long-lasting colour

Coasters

• Wipe clean with a damp cloth
• Do not submerge in water
• Not dishwasher safe

Serving plates

• Hand wash only — do not put in the dishwasher
• Not suitable for microwave use
• Wipe clean with a soft damp cloth
• Designed for serving, not heavy daily use

Phone cases

• Wipe clean with a slightly damp cloth
• Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight
• Remove from phone before cleaning

Greeting cards & gift wrap

• Keep dry and store flat
• Cards are printed on FSC-certified paper
