How Personalisation Works
Every BloomFolk Living product is made to order and personalised just for you. Here's exactly how it works — from the moment you choose a design to the moment it arrives at your door.
1. Choose your design
Browse our collections and find the botanical design that's right for you — or for whoever you're buying for. Each product page shows exactly what the finished item will look like, including colours, layout and any text.
2. Add your personalisation
On the product page, you'll find a personalisation field where you can enter your details — a name, a date, a short message, or whatever the design calls for. Each product page clearly states what information is needed and how it will appear on the finished item.
A few tips for getting it right:
- Double-check your spelling — we print exactly what you enter
- Pay attention to capitalisation — 'EMMA' and 'Emma' will look different on the finished product
- If a field asks for a date, use the format shown (e.g. 12 June 2026)
- If you're unsure about anything, contact us before placing your order
3. We make it just for you
Once your order is placed and payment confirmed, your design goes straight into production at our print partner in the USA. Every item is made individually — nothing is taken off a shelf. Production typically takes 2–7 business days.
4. Quality check and dispatch
Before your order is packed and shipped, it goes through a quality check. Once it passes, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow it all the way to your door.
5. It arrives, ready to give (or keep)
Your order arrives in protective packaging with no pricing information included — every BloomFolk Living order is gift-ready by default. If you added a gift message at checkout, it will be printed and included with your order.
Important things to know
- We print exactly what you enter. Please check your personalisation carefully before placing your order — we cannot make changes once production has started.
- No returns for personalised items. Because every product is made specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days with photos and we will offer you a full refund or a free reprint.
- Colours may vary slightly between what you see on screen and the finished product, depending on your device settings. We use high-quality printing processes to ensure colours are as accurate as possible.
