Shipping & Delivery
How we ship
All BloomFolk Living products are made to order and fulfilled by our print partner in the USA. Orders are typically ready to ship within 2–7 business days of being placed, after which delivery times below apply.

These are estimates and may vary depending on your chosen print provider, customs processing and busy periods such as Christmas. We always recommend ordering with a little time to spare for gifts.
Customs & import duties
Orders shipped outside the USA may be subject to customs fees or import duties charged by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight. Free shipping on all orders over €45.
Tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our print partner. You can use this to follow your package every step of the way.
Important note for gift orders
If you're sending directly to a recipient, just enter their address at checkout. We never include pricing information in our packages — every order is gift-ready by default. Add a personal message at checkout and we'll include it with the delivery.
Lost or delayed orders
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us with your order number and we'll investigate straight away.
