Orders & printing
How does personalisation work?
Every BloomFolk Living product is made to order and personalised for you. You enter your details on the product page — a name, date or message — and we print exactly what you submit. For a full explanation, see our How Personalisation Works page.
How long does delivery take?
All our products are made to order and typically ship within 2–7 business days. Delivery times after shipping depend on your location — see our Shipping & Delivery page for full details.
Can I track my order?
Yes — you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
What does 'made to order' mean?
Every product is printed specifically for you when you place your order — we don't hold stock. This means your item is fresh, reduces waste, and allows us to offer a wide range of designs. It also means we ask for a little patience: please allow 2–7 business days before your order ships.
Products & quality
What are your products printed on?
We use high-quality materials suited to each product type — food-safe inks on mugs and plates, durable fabric for tea towels and tote bags, archival-quality paper for art prints. Specific material details are listed on each product page.
Are your mugs dishwasher safe?
Yes, our mugs are dishwasher safe. For the longest-lasting print, we recommend the top rack and avoiding harsh dishwasher tablets.
Can I wash the tea towels?
Yes — machine wash at 40°C, no tumble drying. The print is designed to last through regular use and washing.
What sizes are the art prints available in?
Our art prints are available in A4 (21 x 29.7 cm) and A3 (29.7 x 42 cm), both unframed and framed. Frame and border details are listed on each product page.
Returns & issues
Can I return or exchange my order?
Because every product is made to order and personalised specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges — including for change of mind or wrong size ordered. Please check your order details carefully before placing it.
What if my order arrives damaged or defective?
Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at contact@bloomfolkliving.com with the following:
- Your order number
- Photos of the packaging
- Photos clearly showing the damage or defect
Once we have reviewed your message, we will offer you the choice of a full refund or a free reprint — whichever you prefer.
What if I received the wrong item?
If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days with your order number and photos. We will offer you a full refund or a free reprint of the correct item — your choice.
Does the EU 14-day right of withdrawal apply?
Personalised and made-to-order products are exempt from the EU 14-day right of withdrawal under Article 16(c) of the Consumer Rights Directive. As all BloomFolk Living products are made specifically for each customer, this exemption applies to all orders.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible at contact@bloomfolkliving.com. If your order hasn't gone to print yet, we can usually make changes. Once it's in production, we're unable to amend or cancel it.
Gifts & gifting
Do you include a gift message?
Yes — add your gift message at checkout and we'll include a printed note with your order. No extra charge.
Do you include a price in the packaging?
No, we never include pricing information in our packages — they're gift-ready by default.
Can I send an order directly to the recipient?
Absolutely — just enter their address as the delivery address at checkout and add a gift message. We'll ship directly to them.
